* Exchange: Articles can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or receipt if they are unused, with tags intact and original packaging.

* Sale Items: Exchanges on sale items are only accepted for valid reasons and may take longer than usual.

* Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 2000.

* Urgent shipping is available for paid orders only.

* Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for urgent orders.
